How to Remove the Product Serial Key on Microsoft Office 2007

You might be asking, "Why you would want to remove the Product Serial Key on Microsoft Office 2007?" Well this would only be an issue if you have a trial version of Microsoft Office 2007 and you want to bypass the "Trial" warnings that urge you to purchase Microsoft Office 2007 before your 60 day trial ends. You basically need to have a clean install of Microsoft Office 2007 without the product serial key in order to utilize this hack, which in fact, allows you to use the "trial" forever. I dont think I am allowed to discuss that subject on ehow, although I will be more than happy to share how to remove the product serial key on Microsoft Office 2007. If you want to know how to use the "trial" forever by suppressing the "trial" warnings, you are going to have to do a little homework of your own.

    2. go to the following registry key:

  3. Step 3

    3. If more than one registry entries/subkeys reference Microsoft 12.0 registration, open up each subkey, and identify the product by the ProductName value data until you locate the subkey for the product which you needt to remove the existing product license key.
    For example:

    ProductName=Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007
    ProductName=Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007

  4. Step 4

    4. Once found the correct registry subkey, delete the values:
